PVC SIDING MATERIALS is usually chromized, after that, it is treated with fluorine-carbon spray coating. Ployvinylidene fluoride resin (KANR500) of the fluorine carbon coating finish paint and the arnish is normally divided into 2nd coating, 3rd coating or 4th coating. Fluoring carbon coating has outstanding characteristics of corrosion resistance and weathering resistance, resisting acid rain, salt fog and various air contaminants. Besides, it has good performance of hot and cold endurance, and it can resist strong ultraviolet, keep no fading and no chalking for a long time, and has long lifetime. Aluminium Panel Curtin Wall are made from good quality and high strength aluminium plate. Its popular thickness is 2.0mm,2.5mm,3.0mm. The material miximum size is 1220mm*2400mm. The structure include the front panel, the reinforced rib and the connector. The connector can be flexed and stamped from the front panel or be formed by riveting angle bracket on panle's flanging. Reinforced rib is connected to the front panel with electric welding in order to form a firm structure. It ensures its flatness and ability to resist wind shock during the long lifetime. If need additional sound and heat insulation effects, the special insulation materials cna be fixed inside the aluminium sheet.
